According to a report by W.H.O, smartphones lead to cancer. They contain electromagnetic radiation that can cause a brain tumor. So while you can’t wait to stylishly pull out your phone to pick a call, remember it is also injurious to your health. So, from today, employ the use of headphones and if that is not possible, do not stick your phone to your ear while you talk. Keep some distance between the phone and your ear.

Neck pain is usually caused by various reasons such as injury, or bad sleeping posture. These I bet we are familiar with. But do we know that our mobile phones also cause serious neck pain? Often times, our heads are bent down while we use our mobile devices. The bending of the head is a bad posture that causes the vertebrae and other muscles to get strained. It is important to use all mobile devices at eye level to avoid neck pain.
You might be thinking about how your mobile devices cause sleep loss knowing that sometimes you fall asleep while using them. Well, what you do not know is that the blue light rays emitted reduce the production of sleep-inducing hormones called melatonin. Although the main reason why it affects the sleep-inducing hormone is yet to be discovered, suggestions are that the light rays are similar to that of the daylight so there is some kind of manipulation taking place on the inside. So, it is advised that all gadgets be switched off few hours before bedtime.
Unfortunately, the smartphones we use cannot be completely trusted. The doses of electromagnetic waves emitted can cause an explosion. Avoid sleeping with your phone under your pillow and try to keep it some feet away from you. A better option is to switch it off and go to bed.
As they say, to be forewarned is to be forearmed. So, make up your mind today to put aside those mobile phones that are harmful and imbibe the precautions.
