RED COLOR: NO LONGER AN OPTION FOR A BRIDAL LEHENGA

The Indian culture is seen displayed at its's peak at a wedding ceremony. From the decorations to the folk music and from the rituals to the dance, everything is fantastic. The most outstanding figure in a wedding is the bride. Everyone gathers with high expectations to see the glamorous look of the bride. The Indian norm to achieve a glamorous look has taken a paradigm shift. This change is seen in the color of the attire worn by the bride, from red to gold. Today, the red color is no longer an option for a bridal lehenga. A gold-colored Lehenga and a Bindi that has a touch of pink or orange are preferred. The latest trend of wearing a golden Saree or Lehenga according to fashion designers gives a more glamorous look. It is no wonder Anushka Sharma and her groom Virat Kohli, went for the color combination of gold and Pink. Today, gold represents glamour and shine. It makes you stand out in the crowd with its glitter and elegance. Also, it complements the Indian skin". It is also important that a bride picks the shade of gold and other complimenting colors that suits her skin. As for the groom, having a matching outfit will just do. A gold 'achkan' or white with a touch of gold will work the magic. A groom can also decide to decide to go on an off-white achkan. Although the red color has a deep meaning in the Indian psyche, gold color gives the classiness you desire to see at a wedding. It also gives a unique taste to your style. Ready to have the royal feel at your wedding? Then, think gold.
