Salman
Khan has always been controversy’s favorite child as he always remains in the news
be it for slapping a fan or for the cases which are registered against him. Now,
in a fresh update, the sword of blackbuck poaching case is again hanging on
his head.
Last
year, the actor was sentenced to 5 years in jail in the 1998 Blackbuck
poaching case and had later received the bail. Now, the latest reports
suggest that the Jodhpur court has warned Salman Khan for his disappearance
from the hearings. The court has stated that if the actor fails to appear
before them in the next hearing then his bail will be rejected. Their warning
came after Salman Khan failed to appear in the hearing that took place yesterday.
Salman
Khan was convicted by a trial court for killing two blackbucks back in the
year 1998. The incident took place during the shooting of Hum Saath
Saath Hain. This is not it as the actor was also charged under
the illegal arms case for the same. The report suggested that the gun which was
used by the actor was kept by him illegally and he had no license to keep it.
Salman's
lawyer had later challenged the sentence and appealed for bail. After
spending two nights in the jail, Salman was granted bail on a bond of Rs 50,000
and two sureties of the amount.
Earlier, the
other actors from the film (Saif Ali Khan, Tabu and Sonali Bendre) were also
registered for the same case but later they were acquitted as no proofs were
found against them. Now, it would be interesting to see what new turn this case
will be taking.
Currently,
Salman Khan is shooting for the third film of his Dabanng franchise. If reports
are believed to be true then he will also be seen playing a younger version of
himself.
