MEET SANGEETA BAHL THE OLDEST WOMAN TO CLIMB  MOUNT EVEREST

Recently, Haryana's Shivangi Pathak who is mere 16 years old, made India proud after she became youngest Indian to climb Mount Everest. And now a week later another Indian woman has created a new record. Sangeeta Bahl who is 53 years old has become the oldest Indian woman to climb the Mount Everest. Sangeeta who is a former model and an entrepreneur form Jammu and Kashmir has also climbed six highest mountain ranges before the Everest. https://www.facebook.com/Sangeetasbahl/posts/10155857118367054 Even Sangeeta's husband Ankur Bahl had climbed the highest peak two years ago in 2016. The couple had pledged to climb the 7 highest peaks located in the 7 continents of the world. And now it seems to have got fulfilled. It was Sangeeta's second attempt before this she had to abandon her first attempt due to high-altitude sickness. She wrote on her Facebook,

I just returned to Kathmandu after my epic climb to Mount Everest. Wish to thank each one of you who have supported me through your prayers, wishes and constant goodwill.
