Out of them, one such mesmerizing Sikh is Guardsman Charanpreet Singh Lall. Charanpreet Singh was one of those 1000 soldiers who took part in the official ceremony of Queen's official birthday Image result for charanpreet singh lall 


 It was for the first time that Charanpreet took part in the ceremony. Instead of wearing the bearskin hat, he chose to keep his 'Sardari' with a Turban. The 22-year-old from Leicester told a portal, "I hope that people watching, that they will just acknowledge it and that they will look at it as a new change in history.” He also said that he hopes that people like him not only from Sikh religion but also from other religions and from different backgrounds should join the army. Charanpreet born in India bought up in England had joined British Army in January 2016. He had moved to the UK with his family as a child.
It is not for the first time that a Sikh took part in the marches wearing the turban, but in the history, it is the first time that any Sikh officer is marching wearing his religious headgear with pride as a royal guardsman.
