Congress leader Rahul Gandhi is set to embark on a transformative journey, commencing on January 14, that echoes the unity and aspirations of the diverse fabric of India. Aptly named ‘Bharat Nyay Yatra,’ this 65-day expedition will span 6,200 kilometers, crossing 14 states and 85 districts, culminating in Mumbai on March 20.

Following the unanimous decision by the Congress Working Committee, Gandhi wholeheartedly embraces this voyage, focused on engaging with the youth, women, and marginalized communities across the nation. Unlike previous journeys, this yatra will employ a bus, fostering widespread accessibility while incorporating intermittent walking stretches to foster personal connections along the way.

“With the ‘Bharat Nyay Yatra,’ Rahul Gandhi aims to resonate with the heart of India, fostering dialogue and understanding,” stated Congress General Secretary K C Venugopal. This transformative odyssey echoes Gandhi’s commitment to grassroots interactions and amplifying the voices of every Indian.

The yatra intends to traverse Manipur, Nagaland, Assam, Meghalaya, West Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha, Chhattisgarh, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Gujarat, and Maharashtra, uniting the nation through dialogue, empathy, and inclusivity.
