Lower back is the area where the bones, joints, nerves, muscles, and ligaments link and work in a rhythm with each other for providing support to the upper body. But the essential role that is played by the lower back is that it acts as the center of this matrix. This is the reason why it leaves the lower back in pain and in extreme cases, injured. The competition which we face these days is making the back pain a lifestyle disorder, in which majority of the people complain about prolonged back pain which keeps recurring.
