Netflix’s upcoming Indian Original series, Bard of Blood premiere was a starry event which was held in Mumbai. The lead actors of the series, Emraan Hashmi, Shobhita Dhulipala and Vineet Kumar Singh, all were present along with producer, Shah Rukh Khan’s added even more energy to the event.

SRK arrived for the screening wearing a denim jacket, a white T-shirt and a dark pair of pants. He was all smiles for the camera while posing with the star cast of the show.

Parineeti Chopra also joined the star cast of the show at the premiere. She was seen wearing an all-white suit and she also interacted with the media. Recently, she wrapped the shooting of her upcoming movie, The Girl on the Train.

Shobhita, on the other hand, was seen wearing a shiny, shimmery bronze outfit and was seen along with co-star, Kirti Kulhari at the red carpet who was seen wearing a yellow and blue pantsuit for the occasion.

Emraan Hashmi looked dapper as always in a navy suit with white short and brown shoes. Vineet wore a turtle neck and a mauve cheque suit.

Bard of Blood will be releasing on Netflix on 27th September, and is based on the life of Bilal Siddiqi’s book of the same name. In this show, Emraan will be seen playing the role of a spy who is called back to his old life from his new life of an english professor. He is called back to save four Indian students who are held captive in Balochistan.

Though the second season hasn't been reported yet, Emraan said he would love to work in the second season of the show. He said, I have had tremendous time working on Bard of Blood. In the beginning, I had some sleepless nights trying to figure out how to play this character. But now I have tasted blood and I would want the second season. But the tricky part is that we had a book here, that the show is based on. So if we plan anything in future, we need to be cautious and hopefully make a better second season.
