People think of a life to live longer.  But really it all depends on the fortune. But wait! Here is something that scientists are saying about to live a little longer. Scientists say that by playing the social sport Tennis, you can nearly add 10 years onto your life. Playing sports can actually make your body and health fit. Every person is suggested to do physical activities so that our body remains flexible.

The scientists believe that the popular Tennis sport can better than cycling, swimming or jogging. It is a well-known fact that the one who exercises on a regular basis are more likely to live longer and lead a healthier life.

Based on a study it is said that, Tennis player could live average of 9.7 years longer than the ones who does not do exercise. Whereas, solitary sports like cycling, swimming, and jogging have less impact on the expectancy of life about an average of 3.7 years, 3.4 years and 3.2 years.

  • Tennis is a great sport that can help you to lower your body fats. The sport requires a lot of movement of your body. As the body exerts the body fat automatically burns out.
