The 16-year-old climate activist, Greta Thunberg has rejected any awards and accolades which she’s been honoured with. However, this time the teenage has been declared the ‘Times Person of the Year’ and she is the youngest ever.
She has been an inspiration for many youngsters around the world to come together and fight for the change during a crisis time.
This however did not go down well with US President, Donald Trump who has been Greta’s target for his ignorance towards the world crisis.
Donald Trump speaking on Greta becoming the Times person of the year said, “Greta must work on her Anger Management problem, then go to a good old fashioned movie with a friend!” He added: “Chill Greta, Chill!”
Reacting to Donald’s tweet, Greta changed her Twitter bio which read, “A teenager working on her anger management problem. Currently chilling and watching a good old fashioned movie with a friend.”
In September, Trump took a jibe against Greta after her speech at the United Nations Climate Action Summit was appreciated by everyone worldwide. After the speech, he said, “She seems like a very happy young girl looking forward to a bright and wonderful future. So nice to see!”
That was the first time that Greta updated her Twitter bio after being lashed by Trump.
