Filmfare; the biggest award in the Bollywood industry has found its place in the Punjabi cinema industry which has been consistently rising. With all new artists peeping in Pollywood the old ones have also made sure that they keep on bringing out something interesting always. And keeping up to the level of Filmfare, the second Jio Filmare awards were telecasted on MH1 on 22nd April, 2018. The red carpet for the event noted many celebrities from the Punjabi music industry to bollywood, the red carpet was a star studded affair. Celebrities like Yograj Singh, Satinder Sartaj, Ninja, Tarsem Jassar, Ranjit Bawa, Preeti, Neeru Bajwa, Sonam Bajwa, Simmi Chahal, Surveen Chawla walked over the red carpet and shared their views over it. All of them had one definite thing to say that it is matter of proud that Filmfare has come to Punjab and the contribution of Punjabi movies and its artists is being acknowledged. Many rising stars of the industry also contributed their sizzling performances and made it a successful event. Well, the Filmfare has now ended. But something special is coming up for all of you. Guri recently shared the poster of his upcoming song which is penned by Jung Sandhu and the music has been composed by J Star. The song will be out on 26th April. Sharing the poster he also wrote that this song is very special for him as he got a chance to work with the talented man ‘J Star’ with whom he always wanted to work.
