Friends in the Punjabi music industry are now becoming rivals, all thanks to the clash of two major Hindi films, Ujda Chaman and Bala. Recently, the filmmakers released new songs from the soon-to-release films.
The makers of Ujda Chaman released ‘Outfit’ which has been sung by Guru Randhawa. This is not a new song, but an old Randhawa song which has been recreated for the film, like previously many songs have been recreated.
On the other hand, makers of Bala have released a
song titled ‘Naah Goriye’ which has been sung by Harrdy Sandhu. Though the song
has been recreated, the composition is still the same like its old song which
is titled ‘Naah’.
The only difference between the two songs is that in ‘Naah Goriye’ Punjabi actress Sonam Bajwa has also featured along with the lead actor, Ayushmann Khurrana and Harrdy Sandhu.
This clash between the films has been going on
since the film was announced. The similarity between the films came to light
when the trailers released. The lead actor in Ujda Chaman, directed by Abhishek
Pathak, is Sunny Singh, and in Bala, an Amar Kaushik directorial, is Ayushmann
To avoid any kind of clash, many times the filmmakers have also changed the release date of the films. Previously, the makers of Bala changed its release date from 15th November to 7th November, just a day before Ujda Chaman was to release.
And now, just a day ago the makers of Ujda Chaman have changed the release date to 1st November.
It’ll be interesting to see what the team of Bala does now? Will they once again change their release date and release it before the rival film or just maintain their calm and go on.
