The UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson and his conservative party have achieved the biggest win on Friday, December 13, 2019, and now he promised to leave the European Union and finish Brexit in the coming weeks.
December 13, 2019: As the results are declared today morning, UK PM Boris Johnson has won with a big majority securing 364 seats which is almost 47 seats more than he won the election in 2017.
On his victory, he shared that this is the party's biggest achievement since Margaret Thatcher got in 1987 elections. This will give the UK PM to enjoy a comfortable majority in the 650-seat 'House of Commons'.
On this occasion, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has congratulated UK PM Boris Johnson for winning the general elections with a large majority. He has tweeted the same pouring his wishes to the UK PM,
As he has won the elections, Boris Johnson promises to take Britain out of the European Union in the coming weeks and shared,
"I think this will turn out to be a historic election that gives us now, in this new government, the chance to respect the democratic will of the British people," and further added that the Conservatives appeared to have won "a powerful new mandate to get Brexit done".
