Shikha arrived first and met the audience who had already seen the movie and were leaving the theatres. The audiences appreciated her for the work done by the actresses in the movie. Swara Bhaskar arrived after some time and also met the audience. The audience was more than delighted to see her and appreciated her for her role of Sakshi. She clicked the photographs with them. Then both of them went into the theatre and entered dancing on the beats of their hit song, Bhangra Taa Sajda. The actresses interacted with the audience, danced with them and gifted them T-shirts. On asking about her reviews of a film in which the lead characters are heroines, Swara said

“There was this notion in Bollywood that commercial space and masala commercial space is really male bastion, but Veere Di Wedding has a made a small crack in that glass by giving these amazing opening numbers. Abb ki ye nhi keh skta k ladkiyna opening nhi deti.”
One of the journalists asked Swara about the trolls and criticisms she is getting for her masturbating role in the movie. To which she replied
“I am used to looking at positive. So I’m ok with people talking about it. Some people like the film, some might not like the film and that’s totally fine with me. Everyone has the right to express it and use their own words to express it.”
Well, this is not the first time that the film actors have surprised their fans at the theatre halls. Some days ago, Alia Bhatt and Vicky Kaushal were seen at the special screening of their film Raazi for the blind children.
