Vicky Kaushal's 'Bhoot Part One The Haunted Ship' release date postponed | Gabruu

Vicky Kaushal became the talk of the tinsel town after the release of his film, Uri: The Surgical Strike. Soon after the movie got released, the audience fell for his mind-blowing acting. Not only the audience but the filmmakers and other celebs also appreciated his remarkable performance in the film.

And then, we were enthralled with his back to back projects that he announced which includes Bhoot: Part one The Haunted Ship’, ‘Sardar Udham Singh’ and Sam Manekshaw’. The announcement of all these movies made his fans even more excited because we all know how passionately he played the role of Army personnel in the movie ‘Uri’ and surely believe that with these upcoming movies, he will provide the same for his fans.

A week ago, Vicky Kaushal shared the second official poster of his movie ‘Bhoot’ and captioned the same as, “Can't get away from the fear, can't get away from the terror. Help me escape #TheHauntedShip on 15th November 2019 in theatres near you. #Bhoot

But now, there is a slight change in its release date. Earlier, it was scheduled to hit the theatres on November 15 but now it has been postponed to February 21, 2020.

Sharing the announcement the captain of the ship, Karan Johar tweeted, “The tides have changed!!! Even FEAR needs precision! And for that we need the time to scare you sufficiently and efficiently! #BHOOT has a new date!! The 21st of FEBRUARY 2020 ! SEA you then and try and help @vickykaushal09 escape this haunted ship! And some further news.”

Bhoot also marks Karan Johar first horror trilogy which is also being produced by him. The movie stars’ Vicky Kaushal and Bhumi Pednekar in lead roles. Both the actors hold a unique fan base. Now, it'll be interesting to see what splendid and thrilling they will both bring to the film.

Other than this, Bhumi Pednekar is all set to essay the role of Chandro Tomar- The shooter Dadi of India alongside Taaspee Pannu in Tushar Hiranandani’s directorial ‘Saand Ki Aankh’.
