You might have tried probably everything in the world to get rid of that stubborn stomach fat, and get a perfect midriff. But haven't been successful in getting it so far. So why not try something this time and successfuly get that flat stomach to flaunt. Try out these 5 exercises which we often over look for getting the flat stomach.

RUNNING

ELLIPTICAL TRAINING

The person would need an exercise ball. He would have to lie on the ball to support the lower back, whilst the feet aee firmly placed on the grounds. The hands should be across the chest or behind the head, next is to contract the abs and life the torso. The ball should be stable during the entire set of crunches. Exhale while crunching and inhale while the lower back is down.
