Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau is on a week-long visit to India and is set to fly back to his motherland tomorrow. The PM came to India on 17th February and has won hearts everywhere with his ready smile and desi attire. Not only Trudeau, his entire family including his youngest son Hadrien, have caught Twitteratis' fancy. Although, he is in India to 'strengthen the Canada-India friendship', the premier is busy winning applause for these four key highlights of his visit:
1. TAJ MAHAL

The entire Trudeau family posed in front of this magnificent wonder of the world and the social media went crazy. Justin and his clan, evidently, had a great time at this monument of undying love. Interestingly, this was his second visit to the Taj, after almost 35 years.
2. GOLDEN TEMPLE

Look at Trudeau and his family in the kitchen at Golden Temple and you will forget that they are visiting India. Their reverence towards Golden Temple was quite evident when all the Trudeaus bowed down in the inner sanctum of Harmandir Sahib.
3. SABARMATI ASHRAM

Every world leader is fascinated towards the Father of the Nation, Mahatma Gandhi. And making it a point to visit Sabarmati Ashram during his visit was Trudeau's itinerary.
4. WINNING OVER THE BOLLYWOOD

The perfectionist, Aamir Khan and the Badshah of Bollywood, Shah Rukh Khan were amongst the Bollywood biggies who were bowled over by Justin Trudeau while he attended a meet-and-greet in Mumbai. Not only the party, but Trudeau's attire has also been the talk of the town.
Canadian PM is also known as 'Justin Singh'. His affection towards Sikh community in Canada leads to a lot of appreciation among NRI people residing there. Canadian media had recently 'snubbed' Indian government and media for giving the PM a cold shoulder and not giving him due respect as a state head. However, the claims were readily refuted by Indian government.
Although the visit is an 'official' one, some political commentators have said that it is Trudeau's plan to win over the major vote bank, NRI Punjabis in Canada. The reason being, his opponent New Democratic Party leader, Jagmeet Singh who is inclined to take on the Trudeau in his own game of preaching leftist policies, a friend-of-the-masses mantra and his focus on the urban development, all while passionately indulging in his penchant for selfies.
Today, Trudeau was in Delhi to attend a convention for Indo-Canadian business ties and development and will meet Indian PM Narendra Modi as well before leaving for Canada.
