Jyoti, who lives in Nagpur, India, has a condition called achondroplasia, a form of dwarfism. This smallest young lady has starred in shows like American Horror Story: Freak Show, documentary films and Hindi film Pan Supari. He first became the world's tallest living man in 2009, when he was 2.47m tall. He has since grown taller. The main reason for his height is caused by a condition called pituitary gigantism, where the brain produces an abnormal amount of growth hormone from the pituitary gland. Many tourists who had come to see the Egyptian pyramids were quite pleased and surprised to see the two with a mega variation.
